“we had a great experience in Anda Lanta. All the descriptions are absolutely valid and we did enjoy the pool and the beach a lot. The staff are very welcoming as well and they offer all kinds of charged services including taxi, motorcycle or snorkelling. The staff were super patient as we found some ants and geckos in our room and they came to clean for is in the midnight. the location is a bit inconvenient as most activities/ restaurants which provides pick up service exclude this area so we……

“The room was incredible, well air conditioned and large. The staff were top notch, so friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. The surrounding area is great, a lot of walkable dining options, and can get taxis from the front desk to areas further out. There were some monitor lizards and lots of beautiful birds out there too. "The staff at the hotel steals. Please remember don't leave anything valuable outside in your room, put them in the safe even if you are out for a brief moment. I lost money in my hotel room, and the response from the hotel is disappoiting. They basically did nothing only told me that they asked the cleaning lady and she said she didn't take anything from me. I called the police, they brought the cleaning lady to my room as well. She just blantly lied in front of us, some stuff she said didn't make any common sense, I felt the hotel staff realised that as well. However, I don't think they did anything afterwards, I noticed on some social platforms that some other guests had similar experieces. Disapointing!! Anyways, you can never be too careful, leave all the valuable things in the safe when you go out. If you choose to stay at this hotel, try to enjoy!"
