“一行十四人，訂了五天，七間房， check in時只有一個不懂英文的泰國人跟我們溝通，由於他們的疏忽，引致我用了約三小時才可以拿足七間房間鎖匙，朋友的房間，廁所有異味，我的房間，天花發霉地板脹起，取鎖匙後每間房需立刻交500泰珠清潔費，公寓內沒有牙刷牙膏，洗頭水及沐浴露亦只是手指尾這麼大樽，沒有任何服務，沒有洗衣機，風筒壞泳池污糟，根本不夠膽游水！價錢貴與相片不符，所有朋友都向我投訴，非常之失望”

“I'm 74 years old,and was looking forward to a wonderful vacation in Thailand. Recently retired,I had heard about Vrbo as an alternative to hotels. After researching the area I wanted to stay in, I found a condominium in a high rise complex called the Riviera. I booked it, paid for it in full, and was given a confirmation number. My instructions were to contact the host to make arrangements for checking in. After a long 2 day flight, I arrived in Bangkok and texted the host. Her reply was please……

“The room was a little small at 26, but it was fine for one person.The room got sunlight in the morning and was in the shade in the afternoon.For laundry, there was a coin laundry a 3-minute motorbike ride away.There was a sauna on site.However, the men's room was under maintenance, but I was able to use the women's.The view from the balcony had a good view of the pool.Since we were on the sixth floor, there were hardly any mosquitoes.Once the light almost went out, but they replaced it quickly.”

“Im Inserat hieß es "2 Schlafzimmer". Das Condo hatte aber nur 1 Schlafzimmer und war deshalb zu klein.”

“The pros are a great location and the suite itself is big. The negatives are the lock box didnt work, cable tv box didnt work, the suit itself was dirty; luckily there was a washing machine because I had to clean the bedding right away, one day I had house keeping ( I know the property says limited house keeping) they left my door unlocked and had all lights and window's left open. I lock everything and make sure the door is locked ( afterall my valuables were in there) so I know I didn't……

“Property management was very good at explaining the check in process and check out was quick and easy. Room was clean and everything worked great. Cleaning service was very quick and did a great job cleaning. Everything is within walking distance. If I visit Pattaya again, I will be staying here.”

“The room is very good value for money, close to the beach and the pedestrian street. The kitchen is very convenient for cooking or heating up food brought back from outside. Of course, the small balcony outside the room is closer to nature. The inconvenience is that the check-in place is hard to find. There is no check-in hall or counter. The entrance to the building is a driveway.”
