“Right next to Relax Bay beach which was never too crowded. Place was bigger than expected with a small kitchen. Nice and clean. Very quiet at night so slept great.
Unfortunately I never got the check in email, but manager was easy to reach over WhatsApp and showed up just a few minutes later to help me so all good.
Greatly recommend this quiet place, would definitely stay again!”
"It’s not our first visit to the resort. I think Banyan Tree Krabi has been one on the best so far. The resort is very new as compared to other locations. Services have been top notch, can’t ask for more. I can tell that all staff members are happy from their sincere greetings every single time we see them. Housekeeping has been doing a wonderful job as well. The view from our room is second to none. We will be back soon 😊"
"Generally，only recommend Avani superior sea view room and do not spend over US$150 because not worth it. The front desk was very helpful to solve the poor conditions of the room. The smell was stinky which I believed that was from pipe. "
