“Overall I had a good stay. Warning if you work remotely that the wifi is not the greatest, it drops out frequently. The rooms and the hotel are all very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need. A couple things that could be improved; the mini fridge in my room was very noisy, there should be a fan in the rooms as there’s zero air circulation and the bus depot outside is noisy so you can’t keep the windows open. ”

“We had a great stay in Prague at Vincanto Rooms. Simon was very friendly and helpful when checking in, providing lots of useful information, recommendations and a map of the local area. "I booked a queen bed room with an extra cost of about 70 dollars but the reception insisted to put me into a standard twin bed room, saying they had no queen bed room left and the rates were the same. … I checked their website and travel apps again. Of course both were not true. It is just cheating. In the end they managed to arrange a queen bed room for me after 20 minutes argument."
