One of our most unique vacation rentals, where clean neutral backdrops, bold, bright accents, and unique art pieces intersect - leaving a funky and creative impression in cozy rooms.

We are close to the downtown nightlife, restaurants and local brewery, grocery, beaches, bike and hiking trails.

All told, an absolutely ideal space for families, groups of friends, and solo travelers looking for a retreat!

This is a fully equipped and furnished apartment with ocean views private entrance & plenty of parking.

The Shoreline boasts a fully stocked family sized kitchen with retro appliances, a full living room with ample seating, and generous Queen and Twin rooms with cozy mattresses.

Located directly across from Mill Bay Beach, our 2-bedroom apartment boasts stunning ocean views and beach access. Watch the northern lights and surfers right from your windows!

Outside your door is the bike/walking trail which leads to Ft Abercrombie, which offers the most beautiful and accessible walking trails and beaches Kodiak offers.

We are a local brand on the rise of thoughtfully curated, all-inclusive, comfortable vacation rentals with first-class professional service. We have water front properties and paddle board rentals to enjoy coastal exploration and beautiful sunrises!
We will occasionally be on site during your stay but will be available 24/7 by phone and we all live close by. I like to give my guests space and privacy, but rest assured, if you have any questions or needs they will be met during your stay.

This is a beautiful, small, residential neighborhood directly across the street from Mill Bay Beach. A popular local kodiak beach where you can sunbath, swim, kayak & paddle board. Outside your door is the bike/walking path that leads you a 1/4 mile to the fascinating Ft. Abercrombie, full of sunbeam lit mossy hiking trails, blueberry & salmonberry bushes, & rugged cliffs with hidden WWII bunkers. Also, another local favorite State Park beach with easy access. The Shoreline is also close to the downtown life, 2.5 miles, and Safeway is about 1 mile.

EARLY CHECK IN / Late Check out REQUESTS:
While we try to accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests, please note that it may not always be possible due to back-to-back check-ins. Check-out time is at 11 am to allow our cleaning service sufficient time for thorough cleaning.

Early Check-in / Late Check-out Requests FEE:
There is a $30 early/late check in fee. Please check if early/late check out is possible before paying in your guest portal.

August 2024 Pet Policy Update:

We love our furry friends and understand how important it is to travel with them. We’ve always tried to accommodate families with pets, but recent experiences have led us to make some changes to ensure our properties remain in top condition for all guests.

While we understand the joy of traveling with pets, some guests have caused excessive clean up and damage. This affects future guests who expect a clean, well-maintained space upon their arrival.

To address this, we’re now considering pets on a case-by-case basis. If you’re planning to bring your pet, please contact us before booking for written approval. There’s a $150 pet fee, payable through our guest portal, and a rental agreement to sign.

We’ve invested a lot of love and care into our properties, and we want to keep them beautiful and welcoming for all—both two-legged and four-legged! Thank you for understanding, and we look forward to making your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

PET POLICY:
We charge a $150 pet fee.
*Not disclosing your pet(s) will result in a cancelation of your stay without refund.
*Pet may be 2 small to medium sized quiet pets
*No puppies
*Pet must not have a history of causing any damage to furniture/fixtures, no peeing on carpets, no aggression
*Pet must be leashed at all times outside of the apartment
*Pet cannot be left unattended in apartment
*NO PETS ON FURNITURE
*If your pet damages carpet or furniture you will be charged for carpet or furniture cleaning or replacement.
*You are required to clean up after your pet in all outdoor & indoor areas
*Please respect our other guests and tenants

SMOKING
Smoking Policy: Strictly Prohibited Inside
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Guests who fail to comply will be charged a $500 room recovery fee plus the cost of any lost rental days. Thank you for respecting our no-smoking policy.

Please refrain from moving heavy furniture to prevent damages. Guests will be held liable for any resulting damages.

SHOES:
Please Remove Your Shoes at the door. This is a local custom in Kodiak! To help keep our apartment clean and comfortable for all guests, we kindly ask that you remove your shoes before entering. This helps prevent tracking in mud and rainwater and keeps carpets & furniture clean. Thank you for your cooperation!

Spacious with fun decor
We had a great stay at the Shoreline. All of the rooms in the unit are large, giving us plenty of space for our family of 4. The unit was clean and the location was convenient for all of our activities in Kodiak. If you plan on using the laundry, make sure to take enough quarters. I believe it was $1.50 for a load in the wash and $2.00 per load to dry. We had a great stay and I would recommend staying here on a trip to Kodiak.

Roomy, clean and modern
I was very surprised at how modern and clean the apartment was. All the furniture seemed brand new. The beds were comfortable, but black out curtains for summer guests would be nice. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to cook. I would definitely stay here again. The sunrise over the cove the morning we left was unreal. I wish I could post a picture of it.
