towels provided. Food is also not as expected. Overall not really comfortable stay compare to the price.”

The onsen area was clean and beautiful, and I would recommend to anyone to make the trip out to Heda. Truly a unique and special experience and I can’t wait to go back. ”
"The hotel provides parking and cost 1000yen per night. The parking is next to hotel and few minutes walk. The receptionist can speak English and we had a great small talk. The room is Japanese style, plenty of amenities provided including two bottle of waters. My room is on second floor and no lift. "
