“The bed and equipments are good but I didn't feel actually well at the check-in time because of the passive reception and service of the staffs over the counter. ”

“We stayed here with elderly parents. It’s very close from the station and easy to find. The man (sorry I didn’t get his name) at check-in was extremely thorough in explaining everything and friendly yet professional. We had a private bath in our room, but mainly visited the main baths. I didn’t realize they had this “Radon onsen” which had many health benefits. The dinner was HUGE and amazing. The breakfast was just was good. The service was great, too. The coffee in the lobby was also great.……

“不近市中心，要經過一段山路才可到達，房間內没有浴室，必須要去浸温泉才可洗澡，早、晚餐普通，不值這個價錢，但房間大”

“Wonderful stay in this beautiful ryokan with private hot spring bath and a breakfast and dinner that would put Michelin starred restaurants to shame. Everyone was so friendly and the owner popped us in her car unexpectedly to see her favorite cherry blossoms at night. The room was extremely comfortable and well equipped. We loved it!”
