“The house is very new, clean, and super comfortable — perfect for a relaxing stay. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but still close to lots of restaurants you can just walk to. Beds are new and really comfy. The kitchen got basic stuff for cooking simple meals, which was great. “I rented the 420 house for my sister's birthday trip to Thailand. The house itself is amazing. The pictures are spot on. The townhouse has a nice gated entry where you could park a car or a few scooters. There is also an upstairs patio with beautiful views. Which is also where I noticed there was a washer there as well. “Property is clean and easy to communicate with the management. Other than that nothing else is good. Neighborhood is not suitable for travelers. The first morning when we left the house, there was a lady walked out from the property but didn’t say anything about why she was there or who she is. we turned off all of the lights before we left that morning but when we came back around 9:30 pm, all of the lights was on, including our bedrooms, we didn’t appreciate that, knowing someone was entering……
