We booked the sunset suite because we think enjoying the sunset view in the jacuzzi at the terrace would be a great experience. After check-in, we found that our room had been upgraded to the pool suite with an individual outdoor pool but there would be no more sea view! After liaising with the hotel management, they kindly agree to change us to the ocean suite, which the sea view and sunset is even greater than the sunset suite! The pool and the beach are also great for enjoyment of sunbathing and water activities.

Bad hotel experience ever
"平時去幾多旅行 好少經歷到咁不快 亦都第一次寫評價 有需要話俾將會消費者知道 14/4 check in front desk安排員工帶我同男友到房 行左段路 上層housekeeper嗌話未執好 問個員工點解 佢答「唔知」 仲叫我地周圍行10分鐘 大熱天時 拎住個大背包同袋喎⋯ 10分鐘之後返lobby 見到幾個員工傾偈 我問有冇其他房 話其他房要等更耐 唔專業 態度欠佳 基本既front desk,housekeeping既management同溝通都無 Manager出黎say sorry 我男友識泰文 知佢地講咩 從對話中講到我地吹佢地快d咁 入到房 wifi用唔到 有個插電位有問題 ..."
