“What a lovely home in a great location just five minutes in car from Hokitika Town. Very spacious home and it was lovely and warmwith the log burner and heat pump. Beds so comfy and warm, we had the best sleep! Hosts very communicative and friendly. Go do the Hokitika Gorge walk and the Tree Top walk . “The location was amassing you are right on the beach. You can light a camp fire on the beach or go beach combing. The camp amenities were great they even had a pizza oven. I would highly recommend this place. I will be returning next time I am in Ross”

“We loved our stay in the Blackhouse Cottage, and wished we could have stayed longer. It was gorgeously appointed and well set out. The beds were super comfortable and we were snug and warm in the cold. So cozy and the perfect place to unwind and relax. We would stay here again and again. ”

“Absolutely loved our stay in the remote part of the west coast. We were happy to stay compose to home as it’s such a beautiful spot surrounded by great lawns for cricket and frisbee and amazing rocks to find along the river that runs along the back of the properly. House was warm and offered all the comforts of home. The fire bath under the stars was pretty special. We’d love to come back! ”
