“A modern property. Great sized room and comfortable huge bed!
Some areas could do with a bit of TLC e.g. the grouting in the shower. But overall in good condition. Poor sound insulation so can hear scraping of furniture. Decent storage.
Any minor issues were quickly, efficiently and politely by staff.
Staff were fantastic throughout.
Specialty restaurants added to the stay. Mixed view on the food but had some very delicious meals with the Moonlight Lounge a standout.

“Grundsätzlich eine schöne Hotelanlage mit moderner Ausstattung / aber einigen Abstrichen- keine 5*!!! Leider ist der Service eine Katastrophe. Wenn man Kaffee bestellt dann bekommt man nach einiger Zeit die Kaffeetasse ohne Löffel - ohne Zucker … das dauert dann auch wieder usw… leider ist der Kaffee fast nicht genießbar. pro Woche darf man 3x in den Themenrestaurants speisen. Dort ist der Service sehr gut.
Zimmerservice ist ok.

“This is not a 5 star facility, the staff although very friendly, need a lot more training. There is simply not enough information. You are constantly referred to using the app but the app does not have all the information, so it is repeatedly back to the front desk for questions. “The entertainment staff was amazing, we really appreciated the variety of things to do with two teenage boys, it was all really beautiful.

“This was a great hotel! The staff are very polite and helpful. The resort is so incredibly clean and well maintained. It’s part of three hotels to make a resort which means you have access to four pools and an on-site shop. The main town strip is a short walk away where you can also get transport to other parts of the island.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! The view of the Lindos Acropolis from mine room was simply lovely, The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and filled with natural light, offering incredible views throughout the day.

“Our stay at F Charm hotel in the lovely town in Lindos was exceptional. The point person for check in was very friendly and helpful about restaurant options for dinner.
The hotel and room were quiet and out of the way of the busier streets of bars, stores, and restaurants but easily walkable to these areas.
There is a breakfast menu at the hotel and I recommend having breakfast at the hotel at their little outdoor eating nook that I have shared a picture of.

“Nice, cosy pool area! We really enjoyed our stay. Little bit far from the town, but we had a rental car for the whole week, so that didn’t matter us. Super nice sandy beach nearby, crystal clear wather, good for snorkeling (lot on fish near beakwater). Basic breakfast and very good food at the restaurant/bar. Areas best frappes! Great staff! If you want to go sleep early (before midnight) it’s better to use earplugs, cause music from the bar reach the room. Thanks a lot!”
