I never complain but there is no way the 8.4 rating is real. Linens had huge stains, 1 pillow per bed, there were hair balls on floor and dirt all over carpet floors, mattress was like a futon. The towels looked like rags. We asked to move rooms and the second room was just as bad as first. So we left and stayed somewhere else.

Dirty and poor staff. The front seat tried to deny us bringing in our service dog. Had to switch rooms three times upon arrival due to the rooms having ants, trash, clumps of hair and trash throughout them. One of the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. The floors were sticky. Obviously none of the rooms had been cleaned in a while. During my whole stay there was never a manager there I could speak to. When the front desk called the manager on the phone for me I was informed there was nothing he could do for me besides a 10% discount. Absolutely ridiculous. Management obviously doesn’t care about their hotel or the people staying there.

Can't believe how good this was not what a deal it was.

No cups available in the room to get a drink of water. No coffee available in room. No vending service. Basically this is a pack in everything you might want. There is nothing available in the hotel. Not even a plastic cup. It seems the owners are living in the hotel. A lot of noise coming from upstairs. Exterior doors do not lock, they are open 24 hrs.

Despite the good reviews the property was filthy and bug infested. My first room was full of bugs that I did not notice until I was right about to go to bed. They switched me to another room that was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The staff was rude and also it's a weekly stay hotel with long-term residents some of which are not very savory.

Check in was easy and efficient, staff was friendly even with a late arrival time. Room was clean, but needed some repair and it was quite chilly upon arrival due to the tile floors and no carpet.

You get what you pay for, which for us was fine. Not super clean in the room (hair on the floors). The hardest thing was the walls were paper thin. We could hear everything in the adjoined room — normal talking voices and TV.
