Located on the first fairway of the Kiahuna Golf Course, Hale Lani offers distant ocean views as well as the tranquility of Kauai mountain vistas. Custom built, this rich home features Honduran mahogany floors, floor to ceiling windows, cathedral ceilings, A/C in all of the bedrooms and built in surround sound that carries music through the home to the spacious outdoor lanai.

Hale Lani comes fully equipped with a gourmet kitchen featuring mahogany cabinets, granite counter tops and top of the line appliances that will surely please the chef in your group. The Great Room is designed to enjoy both indoor and outdoor living. This 4 bedroom/ 4 bath home has two master suites with custom cabinetry, walk in closets and large luxurious baths. There is also a large two car garage and laundry facility with its own foot bath for rinsing your feet after your day at the beach. Hale Lani is simply one of the best deals around for a four bedroom private home in Kiahuna Golf Village and also is one of the most conveniently located properties as it is a short 5 minute drive to some of the best beaches, dining and shopping in the Poipu area. 2 Cal Kings, 1 King and 3 Twins, Sleeps 9. AC is ONLY in bedrooms.

This property includes beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and umbrella. Please feel free to call us if any of these items are missing during your stay.

Amazing stay!
I was just asked for a recommendation on a place to stay in Kauai, and upon looking at my stay I realized I hadn’t reviewed. If you are considering, book this location!! We had an incredible trip and I would absolutely stay here again. We went to celebrate my husbands 50th with our three kids (14, 11, and 6 months) and traveled with my mom, and our friends (a couple with a 3 y/o) and the accommodations were absolutely perfect. We even used the giant master closet as a “nursery” for the baby’s crib! The screen door out back was off the track a bit, and they immediately sent someone out to fix it. The photos do not do the property justice, it is really spectacular. We celebrated Easter here and the yard was perfect for the egg hunt. The neighborhood was amazing to walk around, and the property was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, laundry, and beach accessories.

We enjoyed our time at Hale Lani, and especially appreciated the prompt, professional, and helpful communication with the property management team. The home was spacious, and provided ample gathering space for our extended family, but also was situated to provide peace and privacy when needed. It is conveniently situated in the heart of Poipu, and is easy to access.

Rental property was very nice, plenty of space and accommodations. Located on a beautiful golf course off the main strip with a view of the ocean from the outdoor patio. Excellent restaurants and beach within .5-1 mile away walking distance.

Great location and beautiful home
Beautiful house on a golf course. Nice neighborhood and centrally located in the Poipu area. Could see the ocean off in the distance. Large enough to accommodate our family of nine. Clean and well maintained. Had beach towels and chairs available for use. Kitchen had everything we needed to make some dinners at home and there was a nice grill for barbecuing.

Great property, the management of the property needs to check all the lights in the house when they service it, we had multiple burnt out bulbs. The door between the garage and the house needs to be fixed, sticks badly from the garage side. We brought it to their attention the second day and it was never fixed. We were there 12 days so they had plenty of time.

Excellent House in Poipu That Offers All
We chose this house since it fit our family and with it's proximity to everything on the south side of Kauai. The house had plenty of items for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, boards, towels), well stocked kitchen for cooking meals, and all the home comfort items you'd expect, including excellent internet. For our large family of 9, it fit us quite comfortably. And the views of the mountains, the ocean and the golf course are outstanding.

Perfect Getaway in Paradise
We really enjoyed your home. The house was spacious and so conveniently located. Any amenities like dish soap, laundry soap, beach toys and towels were available to us. In addition to the update emails, the booklet left for us answered any questions on procedures for check in and check out as well as suggestions for the area. I would highly recommend this place as the perfect getaway in paradise.

House was in a great location close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. We had everything we needed from beach towels and chairs to a pack and play and stroller for the baby. I highly recommend this house if you're visiting Kauai with a large group.

This beautiful home is in a perfect location and great neighborhood. Our party of 8 had more than enough space to relax and lounge when wanted. The property manager was excellent and very responsive. We stayed 10 nights and can’t wait to go back!

Incredible 8 nights on the South Side of Kauai--FINALLY!!!
The house is gorgeous! Far more beautiful than the pictures describe. I guess I read the listing wrong, but I thought most of the bedrooms were upstairs and only one bedroom was downstairs. What a pleasant surprise to find out only the super master bedroom is upstairs! Rooms are well appointed and the house had everything we could hope for in a rental. Even when we couldn't find an iron, the rental company got one to us early the next day. The location is perfect on the sunny southern side of the island and it's pretty easy to get anywhere on island within an hour. The staff at Garden Island Rentals are fantastic to work with. First of all, patiently reaccommodating us multiple times for over a year as we grappled with pandemic closings, openings and vaccination rules. Secondly by being in constant communication with us as things came up at the house. This vacation wouldn't have been possible without them. My family and I are so appreciative of all your hard work. You're at the top of our list if we ever make it back. Mahalos!

Wonderful home close to the beach/shopping!
The house was a perfect location for us. It was a 2 minute drive to the beach and wonderful shops and food. Located on the golf course with stunning views of the water from both porches. The grill did not work- but that was our biggest issue. Overall, the house was lovely.

Really nice house on an active golf course
So we really liked this place. Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen, minutes from beach and a great rate for what it is. Be aware though this house does sit adjacent to a golf course, which isn't bad if people are playing but very early in the morning they maintain the course. I mean early. Woke up near 4am by a tractor lown mower that had his headlights on in order to see what he was doing. This was a very common occurance. Was pretty obnoxious. Not every morning of our stay but at least half was being awoken by the john deer alarm clock. Also the property sprinklers are set to go off at about am as well. Gorgeous place, very clean but some maintenance needs to be done - a fair amount of burned out lights, towel bars not installed properly so they fall off, both downstairs screen doors in need of repair. Outdoor pond looks like its under repair. Just needs a little tlc. Again the kitchen was fantastic and the place was really nice otherwise. Be aware and don't leave your valueables out front unattended, we did shoo off what seemed to be someone sniffing around for some free gear. All of the above complaints are pretty minor though - hey you're still in kauai and it is always amazing! Just not sure if the golf course is supposed to crank up the mowing that early. Found a ball on the lawn and did watch someone elses place have a window taken out, one of the double panes on the house is a single (prior to our arrival) so just be aware those are not expert golfers! Ducking might not be a bad idea. The garden is stunning though and comes alive with all sorts of critters, especially at night! Good deal just be aware of the early bird activity. Mahalo!

We all really enjoyed our stay only a few complaints!
We couldn’t get the outside grill to work which was disappointing also didn’t realize that it didn’t have air conditioning which took some getting use too! But all it all very nice place!
