“Notre hôte est très gentille et fait preuve de plein de petites attentions très agréable. Nous avons eu le plaisir d'avoir notre diner offert le premier soir : charcuterie, fromage, tomate, pomme, raison, café, etc... Le lieu est calme par le voisinage malgré la présence de petits immeubles à coté et aussi par la fréquence des avions de l'Aéroport de Cilipi.”

“The villa was clan and spacious, and good access to the shops eg Lidl. Cavtat and Dubrovnik are a short taxi journey away (we found Uber better value for money) and the host was attentive but not intrusive and provided information about local places to see when asked. The only observation would be that the pool is probably not suitable for young children as it is too deep but this didn’t effect us sand we enjoyed the stay a lot”

“Place needs work with wholes in walls, needs a good cleaning, do not be fooled in the small print it says you have to pay extra for the master bedroom that is located in the annex however, in my booking it said included the annex and the manager asked for an extra $250 cash a night in order to open up the room. We were very disappointed in this property. There are better properties out there for this much money. Love you, however, is very beautiful. What was very disappointing is I couldn’t get……

“The apartment was fabulous! The location was great for our daily adventures. As we were all 70+, the stairs were not desirable, but, the apartment, view and deck at the top made it worth it. Luggage, however, was a whole 'luther issue!”

“There was a group of young adults traveling for our post wedding trip (25-30 ages). When we first checked in they were very kind and generous. Baked us a sweet treat and shared some local wine. The house is nice since all of the rooms have bathrooms attached. But some of the rooms are very small. Maybe better for kids and not adults. We didn’t hang out at the house much so we made it work. The views were great from the pool and a nice place to relax. Not too far from town but did have some……

“We had an amazing visit at Villa Lu! Everyone in the family had their own space, the grocery store and coffee shops were nearby. The location is perfect for day trips into the Old Town and up north in Ston to visit wineries, salt and oyster farms. There's something so peaceful about Villa Lu. The full moon view from the house is spectacular and Mara was an excellent host. Love to go back again!!”

“We had a lovely stay in Vesela’s gorgeous villa. The villa was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The pool and outside area were perfect for relaxing and the sunbeds were really comfortable. Vesela was a wonderful host and had great communication. ”

A delicious Chef prepared dinner, Private boat tour, and our daily excursions ending with a dip in the hot tub. The location was perfect and the views stunning! His recommendations were top notch! “located near airport but plane noise is minimal, hardly noticeable. Far enough away from the tourist madness of Old Town Dubrovnick but close enough if you do want to visit. Easy walking distance to Stone Mill restaurant which is a must visit – highly entertaining. Pool is great with plenty of loungers and no neighbours. Rooms are large and clean. Owner was super friendly and met us at airport even though our flight was much delayed. Only thing I'd add is bring your own coffee maker . . . Top……
