“well, the front desk staff was nice, the rooms are just ok, the restaurant is overwhelmed and we were after the busy season. “We had a great two night stay at the grand Astoria hotel. The staff were excellent parking our car and bringing all our luggage to the room while we went to the pool as we were early. The staff was over the top helpful at all times. It was in a great location to walk to the beach which the hotel looked after getting us our spot. All of the great restaurants and shops were right around the corner. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Good hotel undergoing renovation, due to finish soon. Room was excellent with comfy beds and good aircon. TV was a bit dated and slow to respond sometimes not responding at all. Casino is pretty good, fine selection of slots. Breakfast was good with some hot items and good selection of others. Recommended”
