“離火車站步行五分鐘可達，職員提供旅遊卡可免費乘車到天鵝堡，購天鵝堡票亦有折扣，亦很專業地講解市內遊覽位置，介紹逛聖誕市集。房間干淨舒適，早餐豐富，但價錢較貴。”

“There are bed bugs/fleas and I was bitten, both my legs and arms. Bites are swollen and still in pain until now. Also, the male receptionist (or perhaps the owner) was very rude. When we asked politely regarding the transport card and were concerned whether the cards had to be returned to them unlike the other cards like Kaprun summer card and Hallstatt card, he bluntly said, "I DON'T CARE and I have paid 3 EUR for that." (exact wording used) We asked very politely and did not expect such a rude……

“飯店的早餐好吃～停車位只要走一小段路～但是ＷＩＦＩ很弱～缺點是沒有電梯～所有行李都得用手提上樓～適合小行李的房客～”

“The hotel was old, but the location of hotel is very nice, easy to get to old town area by walk. Poor WIFI connection, and some of Staffs was not really friendly. ”

“跟網站圖片一樣，整體乾淨 接觸到的2位員工也很友善 離火車站，巴士站很近 步行距離五分鐘左右 酒店附近有時有噪音(酒店有提供耳塞)，不過個人覺得在可接受範圍內，沒有使用耳塞 不過酒店沒有電梯和電子鎖，房間需要用蠻重的鑰匙開門，比較不便”

“建議到達後先check-in取得福森卡後再遊玩私人宮殿有打折”

“The landhaus Kössel provided a wonderful stay for our family trip of 7 (5 adults and 2 kids) to visit the Füssen and algau area to see Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein. The breakfast was reasonable priced and had a great spread of options, my favorite being the option to boil your own egg. The rooms were spacious and provided some of the most stunning views of the area. Truly a top-notch one of a kind experience. The staff was also very helpful and the evening after hours check in process was……
