“There are bed bugs/fleas and I was bitten, both my legs and arms. Bites are swollen and still in pain until now. Also, the male receptionist (or perhaps the owner) was very rude. When we asked politely regarding the transport card and were concerned whether the cards had to be returned to them unlike the other cards like Kaprun summer card and Hallstatt card, he bluntly said, "I DON'T CARE and I have paid 3 EUR for that." (exact wording used) We asked very politely and did not expect such a rude……

“跟網站圖片一樣，整體乾淨 接觸到的2位員工也很友善 離火車站，巴士站很近 步行距離五分鐘左右 酒店附近有時有噪音(酒店有提供耳塞)，不過個人覺得在可接受範圍內，沒有使用耳塞 不過酒店沒有電梯和電子鎖，房間需要用蠻重的鑰匙開門，比較不便”

“设备陈旧，房间有股味道，入住的时候凳子上有一个脚印，浴室洗澡设计有问题，洗澡水大量溅出，浴缸不能去水。”

“Booked a room for two and it offered a double bunk bed with a sofa below which was quite cozy. The room was not big but clean and the wifi was good. The shared toilet and bathroom was also in good condition with hair dryer provided in female toilet. Ten minutes walk from train station. Just one remark: no check-in before 4pm and the host was not there too so you could not leave your luggage there in advance.”
