“Clean,quiet and safe. Close to shopping and transportation.Friendly staff. Dining onsite. There was no wall or alarm clock in the room. Only local channels available on the tv. No English language channels. No bright lighting in the wash room especially in front of the mirror for shaving or make up. Stayed 10 nights, these are very important necessities for a long stay. Please convey this to the Hotel management. Didn' t get room on the requested floor( at the time of booking) due to mobility……

“Overall, the property was very nice and good value. Just a couple of maintenance related issues such as the balcony door was misaligned and was not easy to lock. The bathroom door was squeaky and the bright air conditioning light would not turn off with the remote. I also strongly recommend the management to consider putting some contrast strips on stairs. Just make it easier for people with low vision to navigate. Overall, the property is very nice comfortable, staff is very nice and friendly.……

“All the staff were amazing and we loved the cultural experience they provided with the cooking classes and the classical dance. The food was delicious and there was such a variety. I will definitely recommend this resort to friends and family around the globe. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and very sweet and professional. Sona and Ashwita and Janisha all were great! ”
