“I am giving 4 stars because staff was using swear words when on the property talking to each other ( it was males who does maintenance work)but are are stuff and not just there for a day or two. Lots of smokers right by the front entrance and smoke goes to the guest rooms that are facing park. Dmitriy, Vanessa ,Komarek Jiri, and Milacek Filip that work up front are always a top customer care and an excellent representatives. Ostap at reservation department as well was very pleasant and……

“簡單的小房間,東西都很新的感覺! 因為停車問題拖了很多時間,櫃台人員建議不要停路邊,一開始我們停在他建議的停車場,但我們怕停整晚費用很高,於是他帶我們停在自家後門停車場,費用200克朗,於是我們從原先的停車場開出來,花了5克朗. 晚餐我們直接在樓下餐廳吃,很好吃,價格也算合理晚上跟他們要了一瓶水,服務人員很勤快的幫我們送上來,隔天結帳原來一瓶要98克朗. 早餐則包含在房費,很簡單的buffet,蛋料理是現點現做,度過很棒的早餐時光. 這是很舒適的一晚,但要注意房間沒有提供amenity kit,除了毛巾所有都要自己準備,雖然在歐洲旅遊這是常識,偶爾想偷懶沒準備,來這裡會沒得用的!”

“前一晚住宿旁邊的Plzen hotel，因為那邊單人房沒有了，隔天馬上搬過來，這個房間大多了，兩個人住起來也很舒服，雖然看起來有點歷史，但都算蠻乾淨的，價格不高，也蠻值得推薦的~離大賣場很近，走一小段路就可以到了，離市中心廣場也不遠，算是很好的一個地點~”
