“We booked a non-smoking room but were given a smoking room. The smell was horrifying and we did not enjoy the room at all. The room is kind of old, not modern as other guests mentioned. The bathroom is very small especially the shower. An average fat person can not enter easily. The service was OK and the valet was good and efficient. The breakfast is amazing- the only reason if I have to stay here again. ”

“Temiz, kaliteli, ancak birazcik yenileme istiyor. Kahvalti secenekleri cok basarili. Rooftaki restoranin yemekleri cok guzel. Cuma ctesi canli mizik var. Yemek fiyatlari cok iyi ama icki cok pahali. Resepsiyon hizmeti cok basarili ve hizli. Ozellikle Nida hanima cok tesekkur ediyorum.”

“Acil konaklama ihtiyacımı hızlı bir şekilde karşılaması ve Konya Meydanı'na yürüme mesafesinde olması açısından memnun kaldığım bir yerdi. Lokasyonu gerçekten çok avantajlı. Ancak genel olarak binanın biraz daha bakımlı ve temiz olmasını beklerdim. Örneğin, odada el havlusu bulunmuyordu, yerde bir kilim olabilirdi ve terliklerin de sunulması hoş olurdu. Ayrıca bir seccade de düşünülse çok daha güzel olurdu. Bunlara rağmen, zaruri ihtiyaçlarımı karşılayan bir yer olduğu için tekrar tercih……

“Eksikleri; Başucuna komadin eksik, oda dar, pencerede tül perde yok, kalın perde çekince karanlık oluyor, banyo özellikle duşa kabin çok dar ve eksikleri var. Artıları otopark, personel yardımsever, çok temiz ve özellikle kahvaltı çok çok zengin.”

“I am booking a room ‘King Suit Paranomic View’, but the ‘Paranomic view’ is a car park!! The bathroom has smell. Many things in the room are covered by dust! There is water left in the kettle by previous guest, and the kettle is also covered with dust! I told the reception that I need to checkout at 8 am. The lady said that they will serve breakfast for me at 7:30, BUT, nobody was there until at 8:02 I tried to grab someone from the kitchen to do the checkout for me. I almost miss my train.……

“Stayed a night in Konya on the way to east Turkey. The hotel is located right at the center of Konya where everything is within walking distance. The hotel is old. My room is so small that it cannot house two regular check-in luggage. Things are broken and tops and ledges are slanting in my room. Can't place anything on them. Bathroom is very small too and exhaust venting is not good. Can hear the next door talking in the bathroom. Understand Konya is an inland city with access limitation of……
