“Overall, the room seemed tidy, but the room floor mat was too dirty and the hotel did not provide slippers. I was surprised that it was my first time staying in a hotel and there were no slippers provided. Our family walked around the room barefoot, and the soles of our feet were gray-black. You can imagine how dirty the room floor mats are.”

“接待人員很親切，解決很多問題，但是飯店隔音不是很好，這次入住的是二樓的房間9A,第一晚9B有房客，他們聊天到半夜二點半，幾乎快要是很清楚的聽到，中間夾雜笑聲，很難入睡⋯⋯有住到AB型房間的要注意這問題，購物商場在不遠處（開車約5分鐘），房間內沒有空調，需打開房門讓客廳的空調吹到房間內才不會太冷”

“下午三點十五分要Checkin，竟然找不到服務人員，最後只好打上面的電話問服務員在哪，服務員要我們自己進房間說鑰匙在桌上。沒有提供吹風機，讓我的偏頭痛痛死人了，加上又找不到服務員。隔天十點一到立刻跑來敲門說該退房了。感覺不是很好，只是因為它便宜所以住進來了。”

“We were offered a room next to the highway. Very noisy. The room was also very old fashioned. Requested and was offered another room at the other end which was much quiet. The beds were too soft and were not comfortable.”
