“4/5 Cleanliness - Generally very clean and tidy, but some of the cookwares had leftovers.
3/5 Communication - Contactless throughout, emails from the guesthouse provided all necessary info before you checked in. Communication was efficient but no service provided effectively. We couldn’t find the on-site manager in our 8-day stay.

“So so glad I decided to pick this hostel for my trip. Despite having booked the cheapest rooms from one of the cheapest hostels, the room was private, clean, quiet, and even had its own bathroom. The location was incredible and the owners were responsive and accommodating. Absolutely the best bang for your buck. ”

“This hotel rocks, it has everything that every traveller needs.
Wash machine plus dryer machine, cook, fridge..etc.
the heater and hot running water are strong enough to keep you warm too.
Id really like to staying with ice apartment again.
It’s only 2 mins walk distance to centre and your information, 5mins walk to pick up station even.
1 min walk distance to get vietnams food. ”

"The hotel room and bathroom is big enough for 3 of us but the daily cleaning is not ideal. I still can see some hair and dust still on the floor. Moreover, the housekeeper won’t refill the amenities automatically even she notice that it is no more."
