Apartment house "Snježana". On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 40 m from the sea, 40 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool angular (6 x 4 m, depth 80 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 12.Sep.) with internal staircase. Barbecue. In the house: internet access. Roofed, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 700 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 3.4 km, sandy beach 1 km pebble beach 1 km, rocky beach 40 m. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked.
5-room apartment 80 m2 on 1st floor, south facing position. Living/dining room 23 m2 with satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. 1 children's room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Entrance hall with air conditioning. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Terrace 27 m2. Terrace furniture, box-room. Marvellous view of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

A sweet little village

My daughter and I enjoyed every minute of our stay in Zavalatica. The apartment itself is large and clean. It was a perfect walk to the village across the bay where there is a grocery and a charming family-run cafe with excellent service. It was also easy to walk down to the rocky shoreline in front of our place. I think it would be very helpful if the actual address can be provided to guests as this unit is down a tiny lane - the friendly hosts were great to help us find it. I did not appreciate being asked to provide a cash damage deposit on arrival. I highly recommend this property.
