“The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. On the other hand there are so many great places to eat within short walking distance it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Next time I will split time between here and old Chania.”

“We had a good experience in one night stay here on 8/5. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Our suite is clean, spacious, with good kitchen facilities. A supermarket is right across street. The only concern is the bathtub that is too high and narrow for aged people. Joanne from NYC”

“Hotel located in the Venetian part of Chania, close to many taverns, shops and beaches. Staff were wonderful and helpful when required. The room we had was spacious and nicely restored.
