“Fint hotel til få overnatninger. Det var ærgerligt at man med et ophold på 12 nætter ikke får en eneste rengøring, skift af håndklæder eller rent sengetøj. Havde været rart efter 1 uge. Fælleskøkkenet blev ikke altid gjort ordentligt rent, men der var alt det nødvendige for et simpelt måltid”

“The property has a nice design, new and clean. Has big bed with comfortable sheets, sofa, kitchen. I surfed because of luck of Air Conditioner because outside is +36 degrees. Also, water sink is bathroom does not work properly, so water climbs up while you take a shower”

“Hotel jest bardzo ładny, czysty. Mieliśmy pokój od strony ulicy ale kompletnie nic nie było słychać, nie było również słychać innych gości hotelowych jak zamykali drzwi czy rozmawiali, było po prostu spokojnie i cicho co można było po długiej podróży odprężyć się i spokojnie móc spędzić. Pokój hotelowy posiada wszystko co potrzebne(mam na myśli środki do higieny, grzebień , kapcie nawet deska do prasowania co w żadnych innych hotelach w Niemczech, we Włoszech nie widziałam. Obsługa hotelowa……

“Although the hotel is not in old town, it is not far by taking the tram. The hotel is safe and staff are friendly English speaking. The breakfast is good but not super. Room service is good. My room is facing back of hotel which is garden like area. No complaints. By walking across the river for 15-20 minutes, there is a very nice shopping mall where there is large food court. It is not far from lake Malta. ”

“When we arrived at check in hour, staff was nowhere to be found for 15 minutes. But overall friendly staff, clean big room. ”

“從火車站至飯店都是不平的石子路,造成行李輪子卡繩,回程叫計程車,計程車也會繞路多計算車費!隔天預訂使用飯店早餐時,服務人員硬要我們上2樓,後來才知2樓是提供團體的餐點,收錢的櫃檯還和我們吵一樓和二樓的餐點明顯不同,廢話,就是明顯不同,我們還被服務人員硬要求上2樓,還再次確認這是我們的付費早餐??對於這樣的疏失,飯店一樣硬收費用,讓人真的很無言,飯店內部沒溝通正確,反而是讓客戶買單,一整個扯!”

“Very difficult to find, by car or by walking. Nobody was there to tell us how to get in. Door locked. The code unknown. We had to ask someone on the street to call the owner for us. This person acted as a .translater because the owner’s English was poor, and I don’t speak polish. Once in the building, we located the key in a mail box so small, that I could hardly put my hand inside. Over priced, considering what we paid elsewhere in Poland for a 3 stars address. Forget about this place”
