“Very easy to deal with and lovely stay at the unique property. It's located in a lovely part of Greece with the nearby town having loads of great shops and restaurants. The property was clean, well maintained and had loads of space for people to do their own thing. Well equipped to cater for yourself and some of the restaurants also did delivery. Couple of points: Mattresses are quite firm, some toppers available would be good. There was a couple of bedrooms listed that were not either available……

“Our group came from Many countries and have experienced many villas together in many countries . The bonus point with villa Aria is access to the beach and kayaks and paddle boards provided as well as a lovely swimming pool and tennis court . My only suggestion will be add some hand rails for the stone steps going down to rooms . ”

“The apartment offers excellent facilities for a visit to this eastern area of the Peloponnese. Thierry was an extremely welcoming and helpful host, concerned to ensure that our stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment was clean and well presented and offered everything we needed, while the pool was very welcoming at the end of each day. The house is situated at the top of a hill and the views in all directions are stunning. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here to others. One……

“We stayed at Villa Aris for one week with 9 adults. Besides the wonderful view and the charm of the property, Aris is a superb host. He is happy to arrange local tours and also found a great chef to prepare a couple of dinners for us. Because he lives nearby, he is available to help with any issues immediately. If you are cooking at the villa, the kitchen is well-stocked with cookware and serving items. Comfortable beds, furnishings and places to gather for large groups. Housekeeping and grounds……

“Excellent value, excellent location, about 5 minutes from the port, excellent amenities, very clean, and nice host. Shower had hot water, kitchen was well-stocked, there was a Nespresso machine and host provided some capsules, dry coffee, and a nice welcome gift. During our stay around Christmas, there were a few very windy days with highs in the low 50s F. Only negative was the rooms are drafty and with the strong winds even with both heaters running continuously, temps never got above……
