“Perfect stay in Mt Kinabalu. The house we stayed is cosy and very convenient for visiting the Mt Kinabalu Park as it’s situated inside the park. There is heater in the house which makes is super great in the rainy cold days in the mountain. Facilities are great. There is movie channel for visitors to enjoy !”

“Our room is very nice and facing the beautiful beach. Breakfast has very limited, flies around salty eggs and muffin which is not very good. Dinner has fisherman sell seafood. We want to buy one fish $20 from them however hotel kitchen cooking fee $66 per 1kg. Hot water supply in the room is bad, only few drops sometimes. One day they claimed to stop the water from 1pm to 5pm for fixing water system, at the end water supply back on 6:30pm. They have daily snorkelling in the morning is free to……

“since i'm coming from kota kinabalu first, i called and asked the hotel staff where should i get off, when i get to Kundasang. they told me to get off at kinabalu park entrance which is you have to walk back for 25 minutes (they didn't tell me first). the rain is so heavy, i tried to call them again because i cant find a taxi. but they just put me on voice call.. when i get to the hotel, i told them about the incident and they just laugh it off. i told them, that its not funny, and well they……

“I love how the place has some spot for viewing the Kinabalu mountain. The place is quiet and the room is great. ”

“住宿地方残旧没有好好保养冲厕所冲水破旧没有应当功能,职员对顾客资料不全再次收取税金,没有足够吃的地方,整个餐厅只有一两个客人,不去也没有损失,但周围环境很好对着海边是不错的地方”

“The Resort is set in a stunning location with wonderful views of Mount Kinabalu from the affiliated Restaurant. A stay in one of their 2 longhouses is a must and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The only downside to our stay was that we didn't get to try their famous homemade scones as they are too popular! ”

“The view of the hotel is very nice. The room is spacious and quite comfortable. But the hot shower is very weak. ”

“I drove a Proton but could not reach the hotel because the car could not go up the one way bumpy and steep road. This hotel is not suitable for people driving a small car or not powerful car. The hotel offered a staff to drive the car but not accepted as the driver was not covered in the insurance. The hotel charged one night room charge. It is not worthwhile for my family to take such risk to drive up the dangerous steep and bumpy road during the vacation. ”
