“The location is good to me. Meals are good. Staff members are all very friendly. I had a very pleasant stay. Never-the-less, there is a light in the washroom which I don't know how to turn off. This did not bother me because I unscrewed the light bulb in the night. I unscrewed the light bulbs in the closet as well, because I found that these lights won't turn off even the door is closed. “When i checked out, the staff claimed that i made the bed sheet dirty(but it was clean when i left the room) and asked me to pay IDR 500k for cleaning fee. However they said the sheet had changed i could not go up to the room and check! And obviously they didn’t change the bed sheet before i checked in, since i saw few spots of blood on bed sheet, and pillow cases are smelly. At the end, I didn’t pay for cleaning fee, they let me go. I feel extremely angry for this hotel. ”
