“The apartment is in a good location in an elevated position that gave excellent views of the Fjord. The only problem would be for anyone with mobility difficulties is the amount of steps to the penthouse from the car park. ( But not us!) It was close to Kotor which is a delightful town with plenty of history and nice places to eat. A tip for travellers.- Traffic going into and out of Kotor is very congested at most times of the day. Also, be prepared for loads of tourists especially when the……

“We stayed at this property in August of 2024 for only 1 night. We wished it had been more. The property is within an easy drive of the old city, and Julie very helpfully gave us advice on where to park when we went there. The air conditioning works great (August is very hot). We loved the outdoor patio! The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms might have annoyed our kids if we had brought with us, as they are adults and the ceilings in those rooms are a tad low. But that's a personal choice and doesn't take……

“Enjoyed our stay at Solaris Lux May '25. Danijela tries very hard to make things as good as they can be, and always responds quickly to any communication. Property is under 10 minute walk to Kotor old town with plenty of restaurants and takeaways or supermarkets. Have no hesitation recommending this property. ”

“大概是因为价格还不错，所以我们预定了最大的一个房间，这样活动空间大一点。房间有一个大厨房和客/餐厅，做饭吃饭非常方便。有三个房间，足够8个人入住，一个房间是双床，一个是大床+单人床，一个是大床+双层床，尽管我们没那么多人。酒店布置很温馨，房间自带一个大阳台，面对大海，风景很好。还有一个公共的阳台，面积更大，甚至可以BBQ。房间带有洗衣机，方便洗衣服。主人就住在边上，人非常好，提供了很多便利和信息。提供免费的停车。尽管这里不在老城，但是离老城并不算远。”

“We spent a week at the Stone House in Prcanj, and it was perfect in every way. After being warmly welcomed we quickly slipped into a relaxed holiday mode, and made the most of all the area has to offer. The apartment was the perfect base for all holiday adventures and provided everything required. The whole booking and arrival process was very straight forward and the local representatives could not do enough to help with any request. We would have no hesitation in recommending this……

“We had a great week in Prcanj. The apartment is very spacious and the facilities etc. in the apartment are very good, TV, kitchen well equipped and so on. Communication was very good and Marina was very helpful. The pool was working when we arrived but this was fixed without any issues. The access up the lane is tricky especially if the weather is wet and I’m glad we had a medium sized car because parking is a bit tight but the views are worth the effort ! Overall a great stay. ”
