“The property was newly renovated, but poorly designed with strange furnishing. For example, a large balcony with only one chair... An air conditioning unit that doesn't work, which we reached out to the owner for help on to little avail. The room was over 30 degrees, requiring us to open the window which meant that all of the noise from the freeway (which is about 50 metres away from the room) came into the room as well as all of the light. Overall, would not recommend especially during……

“Very comfortable, clean and spacious villa, located in a calm place but near everything what you need to spend great holidays: nice beaches, historical sites and towns to visit, restaurants, shopping possibilities. We also appreciated the beautiful views from the balcony, the villa's swimming pool and the air condition as well as parking on the property. A big thanks to the host Nicholas for his hospitality, quick answers to our questions before our holidays, and his availability for any help……

“The interior of the villa was first rate from the quality of the appliances to the furnishings and decoration. Every detail was well designed and impeccably maintained. Outside the pool and gardens were wonderful. Like the villa the exterior was practical and well thought out. Nafpaktos town was a delight, with lively tavernas, useful shops and supermarkets, an impressive castle and great views of the beautiful Charilaos Trikoupis Rio - Antirrio Bridge.”

The kitchen had everything needed to cook for a large group and it would be great for a family gathering. Walking distance to the beach.
