“Struttura bella ma personale scortese e poco disponibile.
Al nostro arrivo la manager non aveva la nostra prenotazione. Si è dimostrata sin da subito poco collaborativa e solo dietro nostra insistenza ha trovato per noi una camera per la prima notte (avevo prenotato 6 notti), affermando che la mattina seguente avremmo dovuto lasciare la struttura perchè già tutta al completo.
Solo grazie all'intervento di Expedia la mattina seguente siamo riusciti a trovare una soluzione al problema e siamo……

“Difficile à trouver car très peu indiqué. Se trouve en contrebas d'un petit chemin mal entretenu et cabossé.
L'endroit en lui-même est magnifique, très belle vue et le complexe est construit avec de très belle pierre.
Accueil très moyen par contre.
Concernant notre suite la déco très vieillotte mais qui a son charge.
La propreté des lieux reste cependant médiocre que ce soit des espaces communs que notre suite. Nappe salle, vaisselle pas propre, évier non plus. Filtre des clims très sales.

“The apartment was simple and clean, situated in a peaceful area, just a five-minute walk from the sandy Gerakas Beach, a marine turtle reserve.
There was a charming pebble beach nearby, both boasting crystal-clear waters without any jellyfish, thanks to the presence of turtles. Boats are prohibited from approaching these beaches, ensuring a tranquil environment.
The bus stop was conveniently located nearby, providing an easy 45-minute ride to Zante.

“Lovely property in the Western Peloponnese. Accommodation was first class with a lovely pool and terrace with views out to sea. Beaches close by and some lovely restaurants too. Georgios and Betty were great hosts too, lots of thoughtful touches in the property like olive oil. ”

“Wir haben uns als kleine Familie sehr wohl im Casa di Mare gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist ein Traum, einige der schönsten Strände der Insel sind super erreichbar (teils sogar zu Fuß). Die Unterkunft ist fernab des trubeligen Touristenzentrums von Argassi und dennoch ist man schnell dort, wenn man es möchte. Der Gastgeber stand immer zur Verfügung, wenn man etwas benötigte. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden sofort wiederkommen.”

“The unit was in a unique location in rural Greece, in the midst of an Olive Tree farm. It was charming, quiet, roomy for us, and functional for our needs. The host was very friendly and kind and helpful. We appreciated the gifts of food (fresh tangerines!). Unfortunately, the unit we were booked for was under renovation, so we stayed in a unit attached to the house. Heating in the back bedroom was minimal, and the internet was not functioning for the first day.”

“As I arrived, dead tired by the heat, the owner was nowhere to be found and no one had ever heard of this place. The hotel had no reception and the owner had disconnected his cell phone. I was forced to scramble for alternative accommodations. To add insult to injury, I couldn’t get a refund. Avoid this!!!”
