“服務人員很熱情，住宿品質很好，免費接駁車方便，早餐豐盛，泳池乾淨還有水柱，沙發，搖椅，床&枕頭都很舒服。除了硬體設備有一點點小缺點，例如主臥浴室的洗臉盆漏水緩慢，有些碗盤有缺角，早餐的餐蓋有破損，其餘都非常完美，還可以跟櫃台借熨斗。下次再來一定會再入住這裡，附近環境很安靜，像在樹林草叢裡，可以跟旅館租機車外出方便。如果你不想住在奧南觀光客很多的地方，住Alisea pool villas真是非常享受的選擇。”

The see view from the front villa is amazing and having breakfast every day on the front table with this view was amazing. “The manager was on property and would always ask if everything was okay each time he saw you. I felt he genuinely cared about his guests experience. However the staff communication through Line was hit or miss. The property was older but well maintained. The property was away from Ao Nang Beach but offered a free shuttle there where there was plenty of shopping and restaurants. We had a private pool villa. The pool was great.
