If you are super picky about cleanliness maybe consider another place. It was not dirty but rooms could’ve been cleaned better (we found some hairs in the bed when checking in). Aside from that, location is convenient, a tram station is right in front of the hotel, as well as bus stations, and old town is a short 15min walk. The staff were friendly and if you add breakfast to your reservation the food was plenty and tasty.

Im allgemeinen ist das Hotel gut und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Straßenlärm ist etwas störend, aber mit Ohrstöpsel gut machbar. Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen gut zu erreichen mit der Buslinie 300. Das Frühstück war für den Preis auch ganz in Ordnung. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen.

Good and simple hotel in the heart of Krakow
Hotellet ligger väldigt bra i centrum. Rummet är ren och sängen är väldigt bekvämt. Bussar och spårvagnar precis utanför. Buffet frukost är okej. Jag rekommenderar detta hotellet för "short weekend" i Krakow.

Giudizio complessivo determinato dallo staff e i servizi non proprio al top….Innanzitutto ho trovato assurdo che arrivati un ora prima del check-in e con la camera pronta, ci sia stato fatta pagare una “tassa” aggiuntiva per accedere alla camera. Ma avendo necessità, abbiamo accettato la cosa. Lo staff neanche ti saluta quando esci o entri dalla struttura…Servizi di pulizia della camera abbastanza approssimativi….se non resti senza carta igienica non ti riforniscono…..colazione: ben fornita sia come dolce che salato ma, vista la sponsorizzazione di prodotti vegan, non avere una bevanda vegetale che sia soia, mandorla o avena non e’ positivo. Le camere restano Comunque un punto di forza per il livello di confort offerto.

I stayed for 3 nights and found this place 'good'. There is direct link to airport via public transport only meters away. As my event was in the ICE Krakow Congress Centre, I could comfortably walk. The road crossing is convenient as there are pedestrian road crossing signals in place. There is a convenience store next to the hotel. Room was spacious with tea and coffee facility. There was no wardrobe but there was clothes hanging facility. Wifi was reasonable and room cleaning was satisfactory. I would consider to stay in this hotel in future as well.

The Manager from hotel need to take care about the personal or probably the BB save money with the personal. - when you leave the room, probably your room will not be cleaned. The personal for housekeeping could „forget“ to clean the Room and you need to ask for towels and paper on the reception meanwhile the personal are not serious. - you pay for the breakfast but again there is not enough personal to maintain full the service o clean the tables. For the price from the hotel and breakfast is expensive in relation to the poor quality of the Service. It seems to be that the manager from hotel dont have control over the personal.

Average accommodation, sub par rooms near old town
Very basic accommodation right across the bridge. Easy to get to old town centre in around 15 minutes by tram. Property is not the cleanest or the most well maintained or the most well equipped. Strange smell in the corridors. Service is also quite lackluster and left a lot to be desired in terms of hospitality.

Alles Top, einzig die Fußgängerampel vor dem Hotel nervt, aber die Fenster schirmen den Lärm sehr gut ab und dank Klimaanlage braucht man kein offenes Fenster. Due gute Lage entschädigt auch dafür. Öffentlicher Verkehr ist perfekt angebunden
