Loved the location. Being right on the square allowed for us to experience a variety of things. The architecture, food, shops, street music, absolutely all stunning. We traveled Europe for 2 weeks and this was by far our favorite! The people were so friendly everywhere we went. Also the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay warm and welcoming.

We stayed in the penthouse and it was enourmous. You can tell the place needs a little refresh, but it was still a clean and safe hotel. The AC for our needs was not very good, and we couldn’t get the temperature to where we felt comfortable. The location is great, and the hotel room had a very modern feel. It was a good stay overall. The hotel staff at check in was very nice.

Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung,die Duschkabine war undicht, die Matratzen komplett durch, das Frühstücksbuffet war bis auf das Brot okay. Die Aufbackbrötchen ( keine frische) waren winzig und es gab keinen koffeinfreien Kaffee. Der Platz war natürlich toll sehr Zentral und auch das Personal war freundlich.

Hotel an sich ganz schön und Mega zentral, Mitarbeiter freundlich. Das Zimmer ok bis auf das Fenster. Das Zimmer war in Richtung Hinterhof und aufgrund dessen war das Fenster aus einer Art Mosaikglas, wodurch man nicht nur raus gucken konnte sondern welches sich nicht einmal öffnen ließ. Hat sich angefühlt wie im Keller. Schrecklich! Aufgrund dessen war es keine 4 Sterne wert!

It is a wonderful hotel, where old and nee syyle mix together. The hotel is in the main square within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and many points of interests. The staff was nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel and I definitely return back when in Krakow.

The hotel was spotless and very spacious. I loved the welcome bubble of Prosecco and was touched by the personalized welcome letter with my name—such a rare and thoughtful gesture. Everything about the stay was amazing. Only thing missing was conditioner, but that’s minor. Highly recommend!

Clean, quiet, comfortable beds - a pillow menu 😀 Prosecco on ice welcome gift. A selection of free non-alcoholic drinks in the fridge, including milk for coffee. Fancy shower with all kinds of jets. Black out blinds. Fantastic breakfast with made to order eggs, omelettes, etc. Great coffee and even a selection of alcohol on the buffet. The only negative is absolutely no parking! It took us a long time to find a paid lot that was a 10 minute walk away, dragging our luggage. For those driving - look for the Best Western in Old Town it has paid parking and likely the closest you can get.

Property was spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff, breakfast had great selection, transport to and from the airport was great and I think reasonably priced. Great location to be in the heart of things. If/ when we go back will definitely stay again.

Room and staff very good. shower in the room needed to be in a bigger cubicle as force of water too powerful and couldn’t open second door as would have flooded the bathroom which then made it difficult to get in shower. Breakfast selection very good but maybe a bowl of fresh fruit would be an option
