Very beautiful hotel and room. The one thing to note is no temperature control, mainly a/c. While it was mostly comfortable, it was a cooler time of the year. Not sure how it would be in the summer The area around has many places to eat and shop. The restaurant and bar that’s attached was excellent I would recommend, as long as there’s a way to control the temperature in the room

Is in a good location not far away from the train station then the little bit of noise from the trains staff warm and friendly only downsize was a deposit for mini bar about ten pound in our money this should have been noted before arrival also add to pay by card so make sure you have a card which can take foreign currency or otherwise you may be charged for this inconvenience

This is a proper old-school luxurious hotel experience. Staff are excellent at their jobs, efficient and neither conspicuous nor obsequious. Big bonus point for speaking to me (the woman who made the reservation) and not defaulting to my partner at check-in. We were treated exceptionally well throughout. The cleaning teams also deserve a special mention. Returning to a room which is sparkling clean every day is so lovely. The location is perfectly central for walking to old town, kasimierz and podgórze sights. There are several small and medium supermarkets available for snacks etc within steps of the hotel. Krakow grzegorzki station (for the airport and Wieliczka train) has steps which exit directly onto the street that the hotel is on.

Decent hotel. However we didn’t know how noisy that area would be. There’s a train that runs through the back of the property. And there was too much noise coming from the streets (plus construction at that moment but it’s not their fault) The room itself was ok, but they don’t provide any lotion, or small towels to clean your face which for me it’s a bummer. On the good side they have a good breakfast and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We tried couple of drinks from the happy hour and they were very good. The building itself is very pretty with a nice little courtyard.

We had a wonderful time in Krakow and Metropole hotel. The staff were brilliant, so helpful in terms of advice and help with luggage. The hotel is convenient for the Jewish area, the old town and transport links (Train and trams) Breakfast was good and we enjoyed cocktails during happy hour. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean and the rooms were quiet.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged transfers and trips. Organised lunch boxes to replace breakfast when on trips. The restaurant next door was convenient. It is within 15 mins walk of most tourist areas. The rooms were clean, tidy and serviced everyday. Little bit of noise ftom other guests, but what hotel doesnt. Overall very pleased we chose this hotel.
