“We lost our train and could not check in before 6pm, they allowed us to check in late it was amazing. But I believe they need to comunicate that the place where they want u to check-in at is almost 40 min walking from the property. Also, there were no buses so we had to walk all the way to the train station with our suitcases. Besides the transportation issue, it was super clean and beautiful.”

“This property was listed as a guesthouse with one bedroom over a bakery in town. Then we were given instructions to go somewhere else in the the middle of know where. It was a hostel that only provides one room and bathroom. The kitchen and refrigerator were shared among all the guests. The room was filled with spiders everywhere. It didn’t appear dusted. Spider webs were hanging from the ceiling and tv and door ways. No where to walk to a store or restaurant. ”
