“Schönes Hotel mit Wellnessbereich in einem separaten Gebäude. Sehr freundliches Personal. Unser Familienzimmer war leider zur Vorderseite ausgerichtet. Schöner Ausblick, aber aufgrund der Bar gegenüber leider etwas laut bis spät in die Nacht. Das soll den Eindruck aber nicht trüben, uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Im Winter sollte man Schneeketten dabei haben, da das Hotel an einem doch recht steilem Berg liegt.”

“No frills, but great value and amazing service. Was perfect for our skiing stay in Spindleruv Mlyn. Couldn't have been more helpful and friendly staff. Our room was basic but had everything we needed which was basically just a place to crash out after a day of skiing - comfy beds in a warm room, with a strong shower. Precisely what we wanted and nothing more. Special mention should go to Stepan who was amazingly helpful and attentive and the rest of the staff who were lovely. ”

“Stayed in the winter, it was a cozy place to stay, within walking distance to almost anything/anywhere you might want to go. Staff was polite and professional. Would stay here again.”

“Die Lage des Hotels ist außerhalb des Zentrums, ruhig und naturnah. Unser Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, war geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Der Wellnessbereich ist eher klein, man muss den Aufenthalt buchen, aber dadurch ist es auch nicht überfüllt und man kann die Ruhe und Entspannung genießen. Im Restaurant konnte man gut essen, das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt hier.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance. It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome.”
