One of my worst experiences

Location is great. But the floor and toilet are never cleaned for my one week stay. The most terrible matter is that the birdcall in the surrounding, hundreds of birds screaming everyday at around 11pm and 5am, once the birdcall started, it lasted about half hour to one hour, so which means for my one week stay in this hotel, I 've never had one fair sleep, and my room has a ventilation opening which has no cover, so the soundproof quality is really bad. Also the air-conditioning was malfunctioned in one early morning (about 4am), the room temperature went up to 30 degree, we were too hot and awaked, and then the terrible birdcall came, it was such a terrible experience for us.......

Good, only some flaws

Thr location is great, very close to Central Market, the room is clean but a little bit small for two, still reasonable with this price. The only one concern but not really the fault of this hotel is that, there are pretty of rough sleepers wander around and stay nearby, I personally don't think it could be a safety concern but just for somrone whom may concern or not comfortable with.

The location was great and parking needs to be at the Central Market. First outlook was great, lobby ambiance and staff was very friendly. The downside was just the cleanliness & maintenance of the room. Bedsheet pillowcase was not changed and had hair on it but they changed it immediately. The room need abit of maintenance but for the price we pay, i guess it is alright and it is only for a night.

Very handy central location. Possible to walk to some attractions but very usefully close to 2 metro stations. Once you have your metro pass you're able to anywhere easily. Beautiful and plentiful breakfast, both Asian and European style. Friendly, helpful staff.

誕生日の翌日に利用させて貰ったのですが その情報からチェックイン時に 「happy birthday」と声を掛けてくれて嬉しい対応でした。 周辺環境はセントラルマーケットが目の前でおみやげ屋、フードコートがあり便利です。 おみやげ屋に果物、野菜などの食品も多種ありカットフルーツが安くてコスパがいいと思いました。 ただ2階のフードコートは少しさびれ気味な感じでしたが食べたワンプレートご飯はボリュームはあって美味しかったです。 ホテルはフロアがG→M→1→2…という構成で利用したのは2階の部屋でした。 予約時の写真の大きな窓と違って残念。 2階は建物のデザイン上？窓が小さめの部屋になってそうです。 シャワールームの電気が切れてたりもして残念。 あと2階は街路樹のてっぺん付近で早朝から大量のムクドリがピーチクパーチク！！ 早起きして出掛ける人には目覚まし要らずかもです！ 朝食は最低限ですが清潔感あるレストランだったのでまぁ満足です。 駅はすぐ側ではありませんが徒歩で気にならない距離だと思いました。 総合するとある程度の便利さは保っているので悪くはないホテルだと思いました。 セブンもすぐ近くにあり便利です。

セントラルマーケットへ徒歩5秒、チャイナタウンにも近く、周辺の観光に非常に便利なホテルです。 小規模ながら清潔でホスピタリティに溢れたホテルで滞在を楽しめました。 朝食も種類がそこまで多くないながらいずれも美味しく、フレッシュジュースやその場で焼いていただくオムレツ、カレーなどをいただきました。パンにきちんとほこりよけのクロスがかけてあるなど、細かな気配りに感心しました。 屋上のナイトプールは周りにランドマークがあるわけではありませんが、ゆったり過ごすことができます。

The property manager has been extremely unprofessional. Despite my efforts to reach out to him personally to discuss the inconveniences I experienced during my stay, I have received no response even after checking out. The room provided was dusty, and the lift was broken for two days, which was particularly inconvenient as my room was on the 5th floor. When I checked in, I requested a better room, but the staff informed me that the hotel was fully booked for the weekend. The air conditioning in the room was loud and noisy, making it impossible to sleep during my 4-night stay. The shower water was cold and inconsistent, with only minimal hot water available. Despite my daily requests at the counter and leaving the sign on the door, the staff did not clean the room. Adding on, let me put this down by chronology : Day 1 : Check in at 9pm , Already reach out to your staff for a new room. Staff said room fully booked throughout the weekend. (This is your evening staff at Front desk) Day 2 : I inform on a room clean in the morning before I started my visiting in KL for the first time, and contacted Expedia approximately 11pm at night due to the inconveniences that I have during my stay. Day 3 : I reach out to your property at the front desk at 11AM to inform on the issue that I was having but was turned down and given the excuse on : why Did I not reach out to the staff at the counter about the air cond and cold water shower. Also this falls on a Saturday, manager off

Stayed here for three night, on arrival the a/c wasn’t on in our room so it remained completely warm over the next day. It’s also not powerful whatsoever so you don’t feel the effect. Room was okay, very small but was cleaned each day. The shower drain constantly clogged so ended up over flowing onto the floor. Location is good, beside central market and near a train station.

Santa Grand Classic Chinatown is naar mijn idee een hotel met veel potentie. Met een paar verbeteringen zou ik zeker terug komen, al was de kamer iets wat aan de krappe kant voor 2 personen met baggage. Bij aankomst was de doucheput/afvoer verstopt en was de kamer erg warm (24 graden) ook met de airco aan!! 3 Uren na aankomst is er iemand van onderhoud langs geweest en heeft de afvoer ontstopt. De airco deed het de volgende dag ook weer naar behoren. Van de kluis op de kamer waren de batterijen helemaal geoxideerd. Nog een min puntje was de waterdruk van de douche. Deze was heel laag. Het ontbijt zat inbegrepen en dat was te merken ook. Hier mag echt wat aan de kwaliteit verbeterd worden en ik had het dan niet erg gevonden om dan wat extra voor te betalen. Na de tweede dag ontbijt hield ik het echter voor gezien en ben maar buiten het hotel gaan ontbijten. Er zijn inderdaad veel zwervers naast het hotel, maar hier hebben wij geen last van gehad. Van het hotel loop je zo Central Market in of wandel je naar China Town. Voor wie iets verder wil is Grab een goede optie of het nabij gelegen MRT station.
