Great area to stay in especially within walking distance to major attractions like the Petronas Towers. Can be a bit hectic when its busy to get cabs. The property itself was decent and the communication was great however there was a few minor issues. The biggest one being the mould in the bathroom ceiling and having 2 doors between the rooms. The lifts can be confusing as you need to press twice to go to the floor we had to go to. Access to the Suria Shopping Centre was relatively close so not many issues for shopping or food. Overall decent stay with few areas to improve.

Nice place to book

The property was very good , comfortable, services was fast , communication is fast also. Near all services, Masjed (Mosque) is near too. Just there was a smell in the bathroom, I guess the fan not working.

Fantastic location—easy walking distance to Petronas Towers, convention Ctr and the Aquarium. Hop on Hop off bus stop around the corner. Unit was clean, spacious and had all we needed.

The place is neat and very comfortable. Walkable to Petronas Twin Towers and KL Towers. It is also close to some of the food chains so you’ll never get hungry. One of the best is the water from the faucet is very strong. We together with my family loved this place very much. It’s just that we had to stay a short period of time in KL from SG. Mohammad Sobuj who assisted us was also very accomodating and all the other staffs are very nice. This place is recommended for a family or group tour.

Too basic

I was expecting more since the reviews were good. Unfortunately, my family and I were not impressed by the standard of the room. It’s too basic when it’s not a hostel. Not a single tissue box, no basic coffee/tea set. The 2nd bedroom is so bare, not even a single wall frame & no closet, no wall hook to hang clothes. The bathroom also has no hooks. And you have to pay to use the gym and pool. The only positive aspects of the accommodation is the availability of Netflix and the quick service of the staff who handles our check in.

Stay at Your Own Discretion!!!

Where do I begin? I wouldnt even deem this run down place fits for occupancy much less trying to earn our money! The unit has lots of issue 1. Wall - chipped off. Hazardous espexially if you have kids scratching themselves beside the sharp chip off area 2. Mouldy - Living room wall, bedroom wall and bathroom wall and tiles. Too gross to even go near it. I was unable to step into the bathroom. See pic! 3. Grime - Bathroom tiles and faucet. Lots of hard grime stain all acriss the bathroom floor, shower cubicle floor and water tap! See pic! 4. Sofa stain - lots of sofa stain which made me wonder how old and dirty this place is. Was even afraid to sit on it to avoid skin rashes 5. Dining room chair - cushion sunk in. Very poorly maintain furniture. 6. Smell - Wierd odor in room 7. Table - Worn out and chipped. See pic! 9. Bedsheet - how can this be spared? No, it has to be included. It cane with stain as expected While I had whatsapp the chrckin team, staff came by and offered to show me to another room. Appreciate his cust service. Not much better than the 1st. I asked that he raise this to higher gmtm and was told that NO REFUND policy remains. I have to loose my booking fee if I do not stay here. I even mentioned that getting another hotel at 6pm last minute would be a hassle. Thereafter I resorted to telling SOHO team that I would officially notify Hotels.com to let them know how inaccurate the pictures was on website vs the horrible place I was getting.

Really worth it !! The view is amazing to the 39e stage!! Everything was clean i have absolutely nothing to say about that and its exactly like the picture !! If you have any issue the owners respond really fast on whats app !! The only things that was bad is the washer YOU HAVE TO BE REALLY CARE FULL IF THE DORS DOESNT OPEN CALL THE OWNERS OR YOU WILL BREAK IT

Very noisy morning waker ups.

Probably the worst stay i have ever had. Biggest ussue was noise created by the near by mosque. They played morning prayer at like 5.30am every morning over a loud speaker. No way you can sleep through it, and i am a very deep sleeper. Also the fact that the property is a serviced apartments but they offered no tea towel to dry your dishes. Also no face washers if hand towels. Basic for cheap motel. Also mould around the shower shelf and bathroon sink. And also broken toilet paper holder and other fittings broken in the shower and bathroom. Also the hot water is controlled by a light switch which i wasn't advised about. Hidden behind the bedroom door which you couldn't see if the door was open. Which it was on arrival. And being a single traveller, no reason to close it. Which then would have exposed the switch. So two mornings of cold showers before contacting the agent who came up and showed me the switch hidden behind the door. The location was great, but the lack of rest was a huge downside. Mohammed who looked after me was friendly and helpful.
