We came to the hotel and the staff behaved very rudely with us. One hotel staff guy took my passport without my permission and started reading it. He later lingered around me asking for the tip and money. Later when we checked in, the sink was not flushing in the toilet. We complained to the hotel staff, however, they did not do anything. I wish I can get refund for such a terrible behaviour of hotel staff and stay.

The apartment was designed beautifully. Everything worked. Black out shades in the bedroom, Excellent bathroom. Sun never directly shines in the windows because of the way the building is designed. Staff communicated proactively on whatsapp and were very helpful. Only negatives would be that leaving this large building from the 16th floor is somewhat of an event. Also convenience stores, coffee are at least a 300 meter walk from the property.

It was a very good property.. Didnt realize it was service apartment. It would have been great if they had included some basics like Toiletries as in Hotel like Body lotion, Paste, Conditioner etc.. Kitchen to include basic spices like Salt and Pepper. Overall it was good experience for family with great view s of the skyline.

The location is superb. My family and I didn’t get to explore the places nearby as we had a pre-planned places to visit but I know there are many good eateries and shopping locations nearby.

The property itself was good, clean, and neat. The downside is we have to pay extra for carpark. And there were no toothbrushes and toothpaste provided. We could have been informed upon reservation is confirmed but we did not asked from the concierge on the availability.

My stay here was decent. The space was great for the value but a bit outdated/unclean. The appliances in the kitchen did not work and there isn’t a hair dryer in the bathroom which was inconvenient.

fairly new service apt but with lousy services

I booked for 2 nights and must take cold shower for both days. I notified the front desk right after checked into the room and despite their assurance that they will send their maintenance people to fix it, they never did! Moreover, upon checked out the front desk could not even give me a receipt for my stay and up to now I still haven’t received it via WhatsApp as promised.
