“I booked this hotel on a whim after reading the reviews and wanting to pamper myself on my vacation to India. I was traveling there with another friend of mine. The Manager Mr. Randheesh and Ms. Renju graciously greeted us and helped make tour arrangements as well. The chef and other staff kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The villa with the pool was grand, private and beautiful. I just wished the mountain view was not blocked by all the shrubs. I think that was not……

“The room was clean however the amenities were not well maintained. The property as a whole needs a lot in improvement. No kits were provided in the washrooms for freshening. ”

“Hotel is located approx 22 km from Munnar town centre, its not ideal if you like to visit other places around. Half time wasted climbing up and down from the town centre. Food cost very high, a lot better options if you eat outside but again the annoying journey up and down. Overall its a OK place if you want to just stay in the hotel and don't mind food cost.”
