“We booked a family room and on arrival, there was no room available as another guest had extended his stay. Staff were very helpful and we were put in a small windowless room. The aircon worked well but the room could have done with a clean. We were moved to another room the next morning only after I insisted that I wanted a room I had seen vacant. “Every wednesday until saturday night, there is a night market nearby. The price is quite affordable & the room is just nice for us to stay. after all we just back to the the room & sleep.”

“Hotel staff were polite and very helpful! My room was one king bed and one single bed. It was super comfy! The bed doesnt look like budget hotel bed at all! The room is very spacious and clean as well. It has both ceiling fan and aircond. It takes time for the aircond to be cold but that isn't a problem at all! Everything was super duper good for me. “Overall an amazing place to stay in kuching, especially if your looking for somewhere with some character. The place is rustic with a few little bits which arent perfect, but place is really interesting, with lot of history and also really clean. “Great place to stay. ”

“The hotel is simple but decent, located pretty close to waterfront and most places of interest are in walkable range from here. You can find bars, restaurants (the is a good breakfast restaurant right behind and the famous Ceylonese Restaurant next to it), 7-eleven. The was a slight funky smell in the shower and this could be improved. They also let us check in early which was nice bonus for us. ”
