“My highlight was meeting the owner and his wife. So knowledgeable about many things. It was a delight to talk to them and learn about the culture. This is a small hotel but it was really well kept up and very clean. The bathroom was great - a kitchen to make coffee and tea and a small breakfast if you wanted it. Not many restaurants nearby, but one that is an 8 minute walk. I chose to eat there several times (named "Coffee Boss"). Great selection of cafe drinks and a great menu of food. ……

“I spent in Aiden's court my first nights in Sri Lanka before moving forward. This is a big 3-rooms house with a full kitchen. Microwave, gas stove and fridge are included as well tableware. There is everything you need for your stay. Is possible to have a deal for airport transfer service with good car and very good price. You only need to ask. Host is very helpful and very nice. “We rented this property thinking that we were renting the whole house as advertised. It turns out that that this house is a hostel as per the sign out front and we were given one room. After some discussion with the owner we were given three rooms. The owner had not been paid by VRBO and I had paid VRBO one month ahead of time. I had to leave one day early as our filghts were cancelled due to the virus situation so did not use the last day. one of the chairs I was sitting on broke and I almost……

“One of the worst hospitality service ever. Won't get a towel, bedsheet or toiletries. No cleanliness and smelly dusty rooms. No room service. Swimming pool with decayed leaves and house full of mosquitoes. Broken room locks and the bonus is you won't get water in toilet. Needless to say a poor management by owner and totally irresponsible behaviour. Please don't waste your money by looking at beautiful pics of the villa. Save your money for better stay. Even worst hotels will give better……

“Worst stay ever - DON'T GO THERE! The place is a mess. So dirty everywhere. On top of a cabin we found a thick layer of dust and a condom package, cables were hanging out of the walls, probably blood on a pillow (so disgusting) and the pool water was so dull that we wouldn't let our kids swim in it. And on top of all that we have probably take bed bugs back home from this horrendous place. On top of that the owner all of a sudden wanted us to pay for our stay in cash even though we had payed……
