“最初の部屋が通りに面していて、車の音がうるさく、掃除も不十分だったので、部屋を変えてもらった。変更後の部屋はとても広かった。ホテルスタッフの対応は人によりばらつきがあるように感じた。感じ良い人は対応良かった。バスはホテル反対側バス停から124番で最寄駅ベルニーまで行ける。”

“El alojamiento es un lugar tranquilo (algunas obras a veces rompen esta tranquilidad) para quedarse una noche o, como máximo, dos. Mi estancia fue de cuatro noches y pensaba que el servicio iba a corresponder a lo que se anunciaba. Sin embargo, hay pequeños detalles que deben comentarse. No tiene ascensor y, según estés de fuerzas, podrás o jo subir la maleta a las plantas superiores. El personal es muy amable, pero ante un problema no saben dar solución: me desapreció una bolsa de la habitación……
