“booked through Expedia and payable at resort option chosen, while check out time they charged more than promised by Expedia, while asked they told me that taxes extra applicable by reception, after done the payment i checked again through with expedia they told taxes included in the amount promised, later the resort voided the first transaction and again they swiped me. so its took long time to do the check out process and wrong charges done by resort as well need to be trained staffs on this……

“We stayed at Akkandi veedu for one night during late March. Upon our arrival, we were warmly received by one of the staff there. (Forgot her name. May be, Radha? Rama?) She sent the bell boy to get our luggage upstairs (There are no elevators.). The WiFi was great. The dinner was very good (freshly prepared onsite). It cost us around 920 rupees for 3 of us. The hot tea they served was easily the best I have had in a very long time. The chef was Mercy. She gave a personal touch to the food. She……

“Good stay near lake and Bus stand, staff welcomed us with smile. Nice and spacious room. Breakfast was buffet had mixed of south indian and continental. Some games out side too. Thanks to Shankar for serving wonderful breakfast.”

“We stayed with family for 3 nights and booked two rooms. Nice rooms, well maintained, hot water available throughout, good complimentary breakfast and room service, responsive manager - Yuvaraj, friendly and smiling staff, great support staff responding to guests, great views from the rooms (amazing and stunning views). Three pet dogs were cute and welcoming and my daughter had a great time with them.”
