Welcome to Carolina Blue! This spacious duplex offers complimentary Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, a washer and dryer, an outdoor shower, and entertainment options like board games and books. The fully equipped kitchen on the second floor features a dining table for six, a kitchen bar with additional seating, and essential appliances, including a drip coffeemaker, blender, and toaster. The adjoining living room boasts a flat-screen TV with cable, a DVD/VHS player, a ceiling fan, and access to a large private balcony. Parking is available for 3-4 vehicles, but guests should avoid over-occupying the driveway to prevent towing.

With six well-appointed bedrooms, this home comfortably accommodates large groups. The third-floor master suite includes a king-sized bed, a private balcony, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and glass-door shower. A second master suite on the second floor features a queen bed and private bath, while additional bedrooms are spread across all three floors, offering a mix of queen, twin, and full-sized beds. Carolina Blue is one side of a duplex (two sides) and, as such, some amenities will be shared between both sides of the property.

The house was very roomy and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved the location. It was very clean and worked well for my family. I would suggest it needs some new mattress. The Current ones are very worn and uncomfortable. Also more TVs in bedrooms. It’s nice to have a tv in each bedroom. Other than that the house is great. I give it a five star.

The home was large enough and accommodating for our family. It was well stocked with cookware and a few basic supplies. The location is awesome. My only complaints: The rug on the second level needs to be cleaned or replaced. The living room sofas are very worn and could also be updated. The maintenance team responded quickly when I emailed them about lights not working on the 3rd level several days into our trip. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Appalling state of carpet in living space, more stains than clean; outer bedding always feels grungy like cleaned but once a year; chair broken on deck, sofas and chairs over worn with stains that make me feel uncomfortable to sit on it; advertising sleeps 15 but includes the sofa bed and furniture really to heavy to move out of the way; towels were provided but super thin: only 3 bath mats or rugs for 4 bathrooms; vacuum cleaners barely sucked dirt- one not at all-and this happens with every rental; last year I hauled my own to tue spot ; no pot holders in kitchen; hand can opener wouldn’t work; grill was disgusting; last tenants didn’t use garbage bags in trash can so can wreaked and was full of maggots; on a very busy street but walking distance to beach; beach was lovely The bathrooms were clean, the kitchen was clean; there was a good amount of cleaning supplies though; there was plenty of space a table and Bar for large family;most of us can’t overlook the dirt, wear and tear; this is the way it is with VRBO and the misleading pictures are the norm; there should be a better way to rate and be rated; because realtors are involved most of the time it is harder to communicate; also ac vents right over the beds; we all woke up coughing;

The rental process was easy. We enjoyed the property very much, however I have only one recommendation and that is to have the trash pickup twice/week as cans were full when we arrived on Sunday, trash pickup was Tues and cans were full for the next family when we left. Once/week is not sufficient for large families that cook meals in.

We had an excellent experience. Property was 100% as advertised. Everything worked, and was in good+ to very good condition. House had more useful equipment and utensils in the kitchen than I have ever seen in a rental. Six blocks to the beach, about as far as we could go with our children, grandchildren and beach stuff.

The place is on a busy road but it is not a bad walk to the beach. It was a good size for our big family and everyone had a lot of fun here. It was pretty clean and in good condition.
