Horrible. They do not provide even water and when we requested one they started arguing. Not recommended and food also not good, plates were not cleaned even. bad experience

The Hotel is very large in size and the staff were very pleasant and helpful organising a driver to take us out of the area to visit all the places of interest we would not see otherwise. Kurunegela itself is not geared up for tourism and is more your local town. So there is a need to travel out. The Hotel is tired with the decor and carpets needing to be replaced and an overall update required. The restaurant choices are limited and overall the Hotel and the area does not cater for europeans
It was the worst hotel.
If you are a hotel claiming to be a 3 star, I hope that it will be improved.
Employees only make excuses and can not feel sincerity.
Even after presenting my passport, the nationality of the registration card was wrong. Because I'm signing, is not it a formal document?
It is the first time for Bell Staff to carry my bag containing valuables without refusing.
I was surprised at the incharge of housekeeping that made excuse the reason why the water of the anterior person was left in the pot was trainee. Is not room inspection your responsibility?
I tried to ask to use wifi, but there is no extension number information. I contacted via an outside line and the staff delivered the password, but the information was wrong. I had to go to the front desk, but the words did not come out to correspond to the arrogant front staff.
At the breakfast, Scrambled eggs are too salt to eat.
At the time of checkout there was no apology and I found out that the information was not shared.
If you name a 3 star, the responsible person should immediately rectify the situation.
Very clean and nice hotel. We had a very enjoyable stay with a large group of friends and family

Kandyan Reach - Great hospitality
Nice short stay. On a busy road but the local handicraft on opposite side is a plus point. Good swimming pool with a separate kids pool. Well trained polite and friendly staff. Good room sizes with modern amenities. Good breakfast Sri Lankan style. Other breakfast choices are also available.
A very friendly from desk, nice lobby, average breakfast (again with nice restaurant staff), nice pool with large, spacious but oversold outdated standard rooms. The room not worth the money I paid at all.

On 19/9 night Wife order a pork dish and found that the meat was rotten after first bite and went to the toilet. After that She just had soup only as there are not many restaurants around..
The room needs upgrading. Looks old. Buffet breakfast was good on 20/9 but ala carte breakfast on 21/9 was very slow in service.
We had some beers during our stay which we found very chilled and good.

Correct hotel for the price
Very good food in the hotel restaurant, nice swimming pool and all clean. Service very helpful and free parking
