“Wow what a serene beautiful setting in the River. We were absolutely spoilt with attention & great service. Chef Anish & assistant chef Baby cooked to order & delicious with lots of it. Jeevan & everyone made our stay perfect, especially after our hour sunset boat trip we had a table set up under the tree on the edge of the River. Alchil the nite porter super helpful. We had the Ayurveda massage & wow another amazing experience. ”

“Property (not a formal hotel with door man,etc.) Was in crowded area made dismal by uprooting the pavements allaround to build an overhead railway. Found out, in spite of rechecked the info om free breakfast that they had not had that service since covid days. Very disappointed being misled. ”

“Hotel Presidency Ernakulam was comfortable and overall the service was excellent. My only disappointment was the checkout process. My flight left at midnight so I gave plenty of notice about needing to settle my bill that evening.. it took way too long to make sure my invoice was correct, and then to find a payments machine that would accept an international credit card.”

“レセプションの対応も良くチェックイン時刻前でしたが、すぐに部屋の用意をしてくれて助かりました。部屋の居心地は必要なものがきちんとそろっていてとてもいいです。冷房も細かく設定できるので自分で適温に調整できます。建物全体は一見きれいなのですが、部屋の中の細かいメンテナンスが出来ていないようで、スイッチの一部が壊れていたりします。そういうことを気にしない方なら気楽に滞在できていいと思います。スタッフも真面目でフレンドリーだったし、全体的に快適に過ごせました”
