“The staffs are really helpful and friendly. Their service has been the highlight of my stay. However, the location of the hotel is really bad, there is literally nothing around, no convenience store, no supermarket….. no retail area, only a Starbucks that is 5 minutes walk away. it is really hard even to call a cab to go outside. Also, taxi drivers are so confused about the direction of the hotel and they couldn’t find their way when we hire a taxi to get back from the city. ”

“ A true gem in the hospitality industry — and at a very reasonable price. A special mention goes to Moses, the gentleman from Ghana who checked us in. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. The management should truly value him — he is one of the best brand ambassadors a hotel could hope for.
