“The staffs are really helpful and friendly. Their service has been the highlight of my stay. However, the location of the hotel is really bad, there is literally nothing around, no convenience store, no supermarket….. no retail area, only a Starbucks that is 5 minutes walk away. it is really hard even to call a cab to go outside. Also, taxi drivers are so confused about the direction of the hotel and they couldn’t find their way when we hire a taxi to get back from the city. ”

“The Wifi in the room is so weak that i have to get close to the door for wifi. The booking is without option of with breakfast.”

My reservation included a shared airport shuttle, but the hotel was generous and provided a private car. Location is also perfect you can get everywhere conveniently. Thank you. ”

“We have nothing to complain about during our stay. Very helpful and serviceminded people in the reception and Cesar, working everywhere it seemed like, had always a smile on his face and fixed whatever we asked him about. Breakfast was also fine and you just had to ask for omelets or other things and you got it. Never empty plates, so you didn't have to ask them to fill up. We appreciate that. This is not a super luxery hotel, if you are looking for that. More "home cosy".”

“This hotel is clean and has nive view. Bed and chairs are suitable for me, so I can sleep well. I recommend roof top pool that we can see kuwait city(There are many tall buildings around this hotel.). Also I can access various shopping malls and supermarkets within ten minutes walk. ”
