“The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful: from recommending a reliable taxi service app to helping me find an open restaurant nearby at 12am, from exceptional daily housekeeping service to cooking my breakfast in advance due to my early check-out. The hotel is clean, well-maintained and the staff take all required COVID-19 prevention measures. Great location and great value for their price. ”

“地下鉄駅から徒歩10分、古いマンションの20階の95号室です。管理人はウクライナ人のママさんで英語は話せません。話をするときはスマホの翻訳アプリを使用します。室内は土禁なのとママさんが毎日掃除しているのでとても綺麗です。キッチンも広く調理器具、食器は全て揃っています。ドミトリーは8人部屋ですが、この時は3人しか先客がいませんでした。部屋はとても広くソファーもあり、エアコンも各部屋に完備されています。宿泊費ですが必ず現金で現地払いにしてください。”

“I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey.”

“Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot and humid. It was difficult to sleep even with the windows open. The WIFI was also unstable which made calls for my work a bit difficult at times. I would be in the middle of explaining something in a meeting and the WIFI would drop out. Also, the water temperature was varied a lot when taking a shower. The shower would start out warm and then changed to be freezing cold. Other than those few complaints, the staff were friendly,……
